PUBG Mobile has finally registered itself in India.

The wait for Indian PUBG fans is finally over as PUBG Mobile India has some great news announcements for their fans. PUBG Corporation has finally registered a company in India as a subsidiary and it means that we will finally see the PUG mobile coming to the Indian market soon. The company has been registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with a paid-up investment of Rs 5 lakh. It was registered on November 21 and the launch of the game is finally on the doorstep and about to enter the Indian market. 

On the day of registration, the company announced that it will erect an Indian subsidiary, into which an investment of as large as $100 million (roughly Rs 739.72 crore) would go into. For now, the company has confirmed that the game will be initially launched for Android users and a few days later for iOS users. The company has been registered in Bengaluru, India, and will most probably have the headquarters in the same location. 

The company is also looking to hire people for the same who will be handling all the operations for PUBG India Mobile. As per another update, Krafton’s head of corporate development, Sean (Hyunil) Sohn has been appointed as one of the two directors of PUBG Mobile India, with a second director Kuma Krishnan Iyer. The company has already made sure that the new version of the game fulfills all the conditions put forward by the Indian government regarding data privacy and security.
