Asus launches ExpertBook B9 with military-grade design

Asus has launched yet another performance beat in the Indian market in the form of a notebook called Asus ExpertBook B9. The notebook has been specifically designed for corporate customers and someone who is looking for a thick design form with durability. The machine has been designed in accordance with US military standards, showing that it can survive rugged use as well. The notebook is equipped with 11th generation Intel Core processors and has both i5 and i7 variants to choose from.

The 14-inch display along with AI-based noise cancellation technology gives the notebook a great video and sound performance. The notebook was showcased at the CES 2021 event earlier this year, and now it will be available at a price tag of Rs 1,15,498 for the i7 variant and Rs 1,02,228 for the i5 variant. Running on the Windows 10 operating system the notebook has a LED-backlit display with 400 nits of peak brightness. Both the variants will be powered by Intel Xe graphics as well and 8 or 16 GB of RAM. 

The notebook comes with a 2TB storage capacity and four thunderbolt ports for faster connectivity. It is equipped with a 360 degrees far-field microphone and Harmon Kardon speakers. It also comes with Amazon Alexa integration and a built-in light bar. When it comes to security, a biometric login webcam and fingerprint sensor have been added to the machine. Equipped with a 66W lithium polymer battery, it delivers full day usage with a single charge and 65W fast charging as well through USB C
