Apple intends to deliver a quad-box PIP streaming experience for its sports streaming service, comparable to third-party apps like ESPN and FuboTV on tvOS. The TV app multiview feature is not a system-wide video player capability but a TV app function. It boasts 5G compatibility and sports a dual-camera configuration on the back, sporting a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 13MP ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view. Motorola has gone with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage for the Edge 40, with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM onboard. The base model of the Edge 40 will be sold in vegan leather and PMMA acrylic options, while color options include magenta, eclipse black, lunar blue, and nebula green.

Leaker Claims iPhone 15 Pro Max Will Break Record with Thinnest Bezels

The screen borders of the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be the thinnest of any smartphone, beating the current record holder Xiaomi 13. This is according to the well-known leaker “Ice Universe“, who has previously released precise information regarding Apple’s plans.
iPhone 15 Pro versions likely have narrower, curved screen edges than the iPhone 14 Pro, giving them a look akin to the Apple Watch. The larger 6.7-inch model will have minor screen edges if the leaker is correct.

Ice Universe tweeted that the iPhone 15 Pro Max would break the Xiaomi 13’s 1.81mm screen edges record. The black screen edge on Apple’s future generation will be only 1.55 mm. Ice Universe compares the screen edges of the iPhone 14 Pro (2.17 mm) with the Samsung Galaxy Ultra S23 (1.95 mm).

As per Ice Universe, this alludes to the Xiaomi 13’s bottom edge, or the leaker meant 1.61 mm, as seen in the image above. We have requested confirmation and will post an update if we receive it. In any event, the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s screen margins should be significantly thinner.

According to rumors, the screen edges of all four iPhone 15 models would be slightly bent, similar to the iPhone 11 series. Microsoft Edge Introduces Video Upscaler for Low-Resolution Videos Online

This function allows for video resolutions of more than 1080p, with built-in distribution ranging from 360p to 1440p and frame rates of up to 144Hz. Upscaling videos to 4K resolution requires a graphics processing unit from the RTX 3000 or RTX 4000 series.

It has to be seen whether or not Safari, Opera, or Firefox adopt their scalability solution, or whether or not AMD creates its independent technology to support Nvidia.

New Motorola Razr is Confirmed for 2023

The first rotating smartphone, introduced by Motorola, and the first foldable laptop, introduced by Lenovo, both caused a stir at this year’s Mobile World Congress. Behind the scenes, however, things are getting a little more exciting as Lenovo’s CEO confirmed in an interview that a new Razr 2023 is coming to customers.

CEO Yuanqing Yang said the phone would be available “very soon,” but provided few other details. While the rest of the world has been trying out a new Razr phone nearly every year since the first reboot in 2019, the United States has been lukewarm when it comes to the 2022 model.

Yang told CNBC that the device would be released soon and that the next-generation Razr would be “much better” and feature an enhanced elevator design. An improved coupling not only improves durability and reliability but can also completely change the appearance of the folding screen, which can make a wrinkle less visible.

The availability of foldable phones was a major focus for Asian smartphone manufacturers. A foldable smartphone from Samsung or any other major brand has not yet been released, so Americans can’t get that look just yet. This year has the potential to be a watershed year for foldable phones; OnePlus has already announced that it will release the world’s first such device. How much money the United States will make is still a mystery, but there are a growing number of fantastic foldable smartphone options.

Again, there’s not much to go on with the upcoming Motorola Razr, but we got lucky and may have seen the design thanks to a leak that occurred last week. The new Razr, if the leaked photos are to be believed, will feature a redesigned body and a massive display up front. The Oppo Find N2 Flip and the Samsung Z Flip 4 will both fit comfortably in this design. Interesting as it may be, we’ll have to keep wondering.
