Sony has been in the pool of profits after the launch of Playstation 5 and the demand for the console is still increasing day by day. Apart from all the other next-generation games that have been in the pipeline for PS5, Sony has also been focusing on the use of VR technology for PS5 gaming. The company has also made an announcement about the launch of a new VR headset for Playstation 5 which will be releasing next year.
Along with the announcement of the new VR headset the company is working on, they have also launched a bunch of new games for its PlayStation VR, or PS VR platform. Sony has confirmed that they will launch six games later this year which are Doom 3: VR Edition, Fracked, Song in the Smoke, After the Fall, I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy And The Liar, and Zenith: The Last City – The Fracture.
While all these games will be launched on PS5, some of them will also be made available on PS4. Out of all the games on the list, Doom 3 VR edition has a release date of March 29 and will be made available on both the PS5 and PS4. As per Sony, the game is an evolved version of the eponymous 2004 title and is designed with a gun-like aim controller. Sony has made it clear that they will be creating more VR-based games for the new generation of consoles and will evolve the way gaming is done through VR.
